don't know about buses but we booked a shuttle transfer through http://www.travelrepublic.co.uk for a total of £21 per person for return transfers to Calan Bosch.

Try Poppycars. They're reasonably priced and meet you at the airport on your arrival. They also meet you at the airpost departure terminal when it's time to go home. You can pay on arrival when you pick up the car and you don't need to hand over half your spending money as a deposit cos they don't ask for one!
