Just returned from Salou.
All my route planning went wrong on my outward journey.Picked up my hire car at around 9 at night and set off tired for Salou.Have you had the feeling that you know youve taken the wrong road.
As soon as I had passed it I new I should have turned left instead of right.But they were both signposted Tarragona.
Ended going the long way round on the AP7.Arrived at our hotel at about 11:30pm.
For those of you doing the return car journey from Salou take the AP7 then the C32,which is also a toll road, 5 in all if I remember.After the first airport sign on entering the C32 you dont see another which I found a bit disconcerting untill Salida 53 the one before the airport junction.
I have driven on some busy Spanish roads but non as busy as those around Barcelona.
