havent stayed at phase 3 but stayed at phase 1.we have been twice since last june and are returning in september.so this shoulld tell you how much we love it.it is in a quite location at the back of los cristianos and up a hill,but dont let this put you off.There is wide range of eating places within 200 metres and a 15 minute walk will take you down to the centre of LC. If you need anymore info dont be afraid to ask. ie ,bar and restuarant names etc.

We own an apartment on Los D 3.... what do you need to know????

I stayed there 3 years ago for 2 weeks, the accomodation we had was on the top floor, 2 bedrooms as there was a bedroom in the attic.

Ours too was a private hire, washing machine, fans, microwaves, tv and a few more home comforts as standard.

It's lovely accomodation, nearly all privately owned. We were there in July and it was still very quiet which suited us, plenty of space around the pool and a seperate sunbathing deck. The isn't any bar or resturaunt, but plenty close at hand.

It's a wee bit up the hill, but an easy stroll down the way, there's a huge Mercadona supermarket within 10-15 mins stroll about 3 euros back up the hill so well worth loading up with beer. Hope this helps...

Thats great info about the stroll to the supermarket, the only problem i see here is the taxi cab being weighed down with the amount of beer/wine/sangria/vodka/morgans spice/slice/sausages/tattie scones/chicken legs/bread/milk/butter/eggs/bacon in his boot after the 3 trolley loads of shopping from Mercadon supermarket.

But hey, if you cant resist a bargain.

And, who needs bars and restuarants with a top quality supermarket as good as that so close.

I`m off to Crete this year, hope we`ve got a supermarket as good as that one next to us, if its nice and cheap we`re goni ditch the A/I when we get there and save a few bob.

Make sure you enjoy Crete and although I heard you are minted this year dont drop the all inclusive - save your hard earned Euros for your next night out.

Supermarkets are probably out for me this year as we're half board in la Siesta and I'm really looking forward to it as we arrive there on Monday. (If Globespan flights are on time that is, some horror stories with delays recently)

In saying that if there's one close by with a chilled beer cabinet who knows as those balconies can become hot and thirsty places

And remember the eleticated waistband troosers for the A/Inc.
