a bit of help (again)-nightlife

I am off to Goa again this Dec with my other half, and it will be the first time there without my little lad, well i did go a few times before i had him, but i was only young so i didnt experience the 'night life'

Has anyone any recommendations for the 'nightlife'?
Places that are open quite late?
Obviously i know its nothing like the med, where musics blasting til all hours ( thats the main reason im obsessed with Goa)
But i dont want to be retiring to my hotel room at midnight.

Im off to my local indian restaurant now to have a nice curry and a few Cobra's. Its a shame they dont have Kingfishers

club cubana is fantastic, it opens at 9 or 10 i cant remember which and stays open until the morning. It is best to get there when it opens as the sofa/seats go straight away, also go on a wednesday as its free for girls and the best bit is that the drinks are free too so the whole night is free, how GOOD is that, god just writing about it is making me want to go now!!! arrrrgh im not going till next year. Bring on april 08 x

The music varies. On a wednesday its usually RnB, dance music but then it does change. People of all ages go its very mixed, i even went with my dad once which was a right laugh :lol:. But i would think about taking a goan friend with you as then the indian men wont pester you.

Sam - do you know anywhere that plays Indie music? or music like the killers, oasis etc?
or is it all that dance crap?

errrm well, club cubana does play indie music you've just got to go on the right night, i've heard that titos is good but cant really say because i've never been.

My other halfs worried that places will close about midnight, which is not an ideal holiday for him haha

god no i was in club cubana until 4:30am which was quite early as some stay out later.

thats good to know, at least we have the option of staying out later one or two nights.

Im feeling a bit delicate today, we went for an indian again last night, and i ordered a vindaloo. My other half said nicola theres no way you will eat that, so i said yes i will, im not soft like you whose ordered a lamb rogan josh, haha.
I kept my word and ate it, although i had to wash it down with about 10 cobras

I got back at 6.45 am after Club Cabanna - then stopped in bed until 4.30 pm - then back out again!! The earliest I got in was 3 am this year - a bit of a mad one!!

oh no Candy, you should have gone to bed for a few hours then got up around 9am and went to a quiet beach
