Have a look at this Google Maps page. Bearing in mind these satellite images are about four years old... Fireman's Beach is in the middle and is accessed via steep steps. You can hire parasols and sunbeds here. The other beaches in the area are sandy and unmanned.

You'll find watersports at the beach by the Malama Holiday Village - it's the building with pool to the right in the Google image above.
