There used to be a bar called Jugglers but this is closed now. I think the bar you mean is called Champions. They have Coco the Clown there every night except Tuesdays and Saturdays. It is on the main road opposite the craft market. If need any more info post a message but hopefully if you have been to Salou before you will know where it is.
