When we go on holiday in August we will be celebrating my son's 11th birthday and would like to mark the occasion as we would at home with a cake and balloons etc... Can anyone tell us whether our hotel, the Riu Helios Bay in Obzor, can arrange something for us or perhaps can you recommend somewhere we could go within Obzor to make it a bit special?

Hi Claire. This isn't a resort I know about. Perhaps speak to your rep at your welcome meeting to see if he has any suggestions. I'd make sure everyone knows - your rep, hotel etc cos you might get something complimentary! 
Obzor is a small town of only around 2,000 inhabitants (apart from during the tourist season), which may well mean that your options will be somewhat limited.
Your tour operator's rep(s) should be in the best position to advise you.
