Hi i am taking my Mum on holiday and have found a place in Tossa de mar called Aparthotel Esmeraldas. Can anyone tell me firstly if Tossa de mar is suitable for partially disabled. Mum can get about a little and up a few steps but I would need to push a wheel chair a lot of the time. Secondly I know this is a shot in the dark but if you know anything about the apratments that would be great.
