I would email your hotel first doris to check if they have or can arrange an airport pickup . Ours did at a reasonable cost . At least that will give you something to work from .
Our google Prague Transfers there's a few out there that you can pre book. Or as lyn says try your hotel

Hi we used http://www.prague-airport-shuttle.com/ when we went to Prague over the New Year. They were friendly, very efficient and spoke good English. They also gave us good tips about Prague during the journey. If we were to visit again (which we probably will), I wouldn't hesitate to use them.
