Thanks, yes the travel agent certainly made a big point of telling us about the premium service. To be honest the service was not the reason for paying the extra it was just the seating but with the agents keeping on about the service (we also have an email from them about it) it was a surprise not to have it. The cabin crew for our return flight also told us that there had been a choice of meal on that outbound journey but there was no choice on the return journey - they had also run out of most of the duty free.
