we too have been using seaview for the last 3 yrs and were rather shocked at the price rises there, our first trip we paid 250rp for a hut (no ensuite though) this year it was 700 as others have said-ok its now ensuite but thats a huge increase, im sure last year with ensuite it was still only around 450, shame cos we like the people there but dont like the rip off.............also found the beach sellers a major pain, i love spending time sitting at the rockpools at low tide feeding little fishies & things & this time the sellers were clambering over the rocks to get to me even though id told them NO thanks several times earlier, i got so annoyed in the end as everytime they clambered over to me theyd scare the little critters i was watching away! that i snapped at them & stalked off in a huff i think they got the message & stayed away from me but thats not me............. im generally placid & quite an easy going person & do not like to be rude or abrupt to people that are only trying to earn a living but id just had enough.
shame cos we used to love the place and massive price rises will put people off.
