I have applied on line for visas but when trying to print them off get a question " is printer available". i have no problems printing anything else
Any ideas?
Try saving the forms to a folder on your hard drive then open them up to print.
The forms are in Adobe format, download the Adobe 8 reader for free from the Adobe website.

Check you filled in every box even NA in some.
thanks, the problem is sorted.
Adobe was installed but was malfunctioning, so removed and reinstalled and all is well now
