With the heightened security I wouldn't be surprised if you'd have to buy your food after security. Hubbie & I bought a bottle of coke at the airport and even though the seal was intact, they were taken away from us and we had to purchase more after clearing security

I would definitly buy something in Tsvilli as the prices at the airport are expensive plus there is not much choice as the airport is very small.
You will be ok with food but no drink other than what you buy when you've checked in.
