Hope it clears up for you, I have been to Golden Sands seven times don't think I have saw five days rain when I'v been there. But I'm sure you know when it rains it rains! Hope you have a good time.

Hi, Have just returned from SB today. In last 2 weeks we had one rain/overcast day, other 13 brilliant. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Hi everyone
Yes I am back from SB. Arrived home yesterday. We had two weeks there and stayed at Meridien hotel. Hotel and food were great. Weather was not so great. We had lots of rain and it is was very windy and cold. Think we got 4/5 days on the beach out of 14, but we still had a brilliant time!! Love the Bulgarian people they are so friendly. Even got to learn a couple of phrases out there and used them. Can't believe how cheap everything is. Things will change dramatically when they join the EU and I have a feeling that the rich will get richer and the poor will get poorer.
Anyway my favourite bar was Sunny Dreams, had a cool dj in there and they played some really good music. I also liked Fat Cat cos there was a guy with a gutar singing and he could really sing, U2, Hendrix etc. I would go back to Bulgaraia but may try Golden Sands next time. Here's to next time. Dizz xx

My parents are moving over to live, in Bulgaria, in a few weeks.
So hopefully, i will be going over to see what all the fuss is about this lovely country. xx

Rain is normal for October, however you cant expect snow until the first days of December - though snow can be an advantage, having in mind there are no skiing resorts anywhere around UK - so your welcome to BG in a couple of months as well.

As for the weather, presently its sunny in SB with quite a few clouds and though it can get a bit cold after midnight, its now that time of the year when the sea water is warmer than the air.
