hey,yup ramazan starts on wed 11 aug until 9 sept, my hubbys glad he is now in uk and not turkey cos its obviously hard to do it in the heat! we are going out for dinner tmw night lol as its night before ramamdan starts and last chance we will get as a couple as our baby is due in 3 weeks lol! i always think its nice to see people doing ramazan in turkey, they make it socialable and sit together etc which is lovely, now my hubbys here in uk he will be on his lonesome so you can guess who will feel sorry for him and wake at 5am or whatever to prepare brekkie and sit with him personally i dont like him doing it,i dont feel its healthy but its his religion and belief and he actually enjoys it despite it being difficult.......says it makes him appreciate life and realise how many people are having to live,he usually also donates a little money to someone less fortunate that himself i.e.last year gave to my mum cos she is on her own with my young sis-you can imagine her face until he explained and even then she was a bit affronted until i pointed out his belief to help someone less fortunate than himself just wondering how he will find it when i am due to give birth in middle of ramazan lol but hey ho, he wants and needs to do it so who am i to say lol!x

when will bayram be then,we are off on the5th of september for a week will it fall in this period?

hey, seker bayram will be on 9,10,11 sept and kurban bayram will be on 16,17,18,19 nov. x
