Refund for cancelled holiday because of the volcano

Our fly cruise was cancelled when the volcano first started to erupt. We should have gone on hoilday mid april. How long should we have to wait for our refund? TA says they are waiting for airline and it might be 12 weeks. Do you think this is reasonable?

Refund arrived yesterday. Only took 8 weeks. Can look for another cruise now. :sun2
