I'm afraid that without further information nobody here is going to be able to offer you any advice other than that you need to speak to whom ever is the lead name on the booking.
I've seen my share of pointless posts -but this one takes the biscuit!!!
Especially since the OP appears never to have come back to see if there were any answers anyway!
