I realise that my headline subject may raise a laugh or recall bad experiences amongst other holidaytruths contributers to this site, judging by the many horror stories that seem to appear on a regular basis i wondered if the process of buying property and being satisfied with all aspects of the purchase and the various legal complexities could be completed without the purchaser being left in a complex wrangle, either without a property, being ripped of finiancally,or being caught up in some obscure town hall laws that allow local land grabbers to take over land that you have paid and built on.
The advice from this site as is from many others is obviously do your homework when considering such a move, but even so it is a daunting prospect as who to trust when making a purchase of a property and appointing a reputable lawyer to act for you, this is the reason for my posting,i see that lawyers already mentioned in postings are mainly west of malaga.
We are considering a move east of malaga, areas such as Rincon de Victoria, Torra del Mar, Torrex and especially Nerja [our favourite] and we would appreciate if any holidaytruths readers could post any recommendations as to any reputable estate agent or agents and lawyers in these areas they may have used to good effect,
Grateful of any info on this subject.
