we are looking at a holiday to Fuerteventura, ideally we like a resort with about 10 restaurants and no real nightlife, yet not to far away from beaches.
any suggestions?

Costa Calma and Jandia if you dont mindbeing outnumbered by our German friends. 
i would second jandia 
stunning beaches (watch out for the nudist beaches) they are sign posted to avoid embarrasing moments 
and low key nightlife, but a nice selection of eating places and small bars.
