Found it adjacent to exit door 3 in the arrivals hall. From the baggage area exit via door B and it's just on the left labelled Palma Coach.

We have a group of eight people which included disabled and one wheelchair. Because of this, we paid extra money to have transfers from Palma airport to our hotel in Palma Nova by private minibus using Resort Hoppa service. Our instructions said that when we got to the airport, there would be a driver waiting for us holding a card with our name on it. When we exited the baggage area, we could not find anyone waiting for us. This meant we had to find a desk where we could get assistance. We had to join a big queue to be seen and after 20 minutes in the queue, we eventually got to the desk and the lady who spoke to us told us that our transport was not there. She had to telephone someone and she then told us that we would have to wait for our transport to arrive. This took another 20 minutes, so we had been standing waiting (with disabled people) for our transport for 40 minutes. Eventually our driver arrived. There was no apology from anyone nor any explanation why there was no one to meet us when we landed. Our driver then took us to Palma Nova where we were supposed to go to Hotel Hawaii. He stopped at a hotel that has a different name on the front so we asked him, "are you sure this is our hotel". He said yes it was the correct place. We told him that the name on the front of the hotel was not the same as the one on our printed sheet but he said definitely it was the right hotel. We asked him 3 times altogether and he said it was the correct hotel. We wanted to check at the reception desk to see if it was the right place but the driver quickly unloaded our cases and drove off. It turns out that we were correct. It was not the correct hotel although it was owned by the same company. Our hotel was another one that was down the road. This meant that we had to walk down a steep hill with eight cases of luggage, plus our hand luggage and we also had to manage with a wheelchair and disabled people. We paid extra money to have a service that meant we did not have to struggle but in the end it turned into a disaster because of the very bad service we received.

Sounds like a really unfortunate experience. All I can say is we've been using them in Mallorca for 4 or 5 years and never had a bad experience.

We just used 89 transfers last week. We went from the airport of Palma de Mallorca to Alcudia and both journeys were punctual. They use a long, modern and air-conditioned minibus.
We will always repeat with this company.
