I booked transfers (airport to hotel and return) for a trip I had booked to Cairo, through this company. Due to the unrest in Egypt I cancelled the trip and 'cancelled' the ResortHoppa booking about 20 days before departure. This meant I should have had a refund of 75% of the cost. I contacted the company several times to get confirmation that they had cancelled my booking. In the 'manage your booking' section of their website, it indicated the booking had been cancelled. I have still not got a refund and, yesterday, received an 'evaluation' request as though I hadn't cancelled the booking.
