We've just returned from Riga, the weather was mainly dry apart from a torrential downpour on thursday evening, it was colder than it currently is at home but normal clothing was quite adequate even in the early hours of the morning. Try to get hold of a free guide book to Riga, both Riga this week and Riga in your pocket are good and are available in the airport, if you arrive through arrivals 2 as we did you will need to go into the main arrivals area where the car hire desks are. There is much good information on the web for groups of lads on how to stay safe in Riga at night time, read it and heed it and always remain together as a group. Have a great time.
