Jo, from Riverview, has opened a restaurant called Jo's River cafe on the ferry road....found this on another forum.

Just a quick add on........
It is now up and running and is called Jo's River Cove, he has the same staff, same great live music on the various nights and from what I hear the same fabulous food at the same great prices.

Why has it re-located TJ?

Chris......becuase of the success Jo made of the Riverview the land owner decided not to renew the lease when it came up fro re-newal but to run the Riverview himself (Jo's BIL I think). As a result Jo has opened Jo's River Cove down on the ferry road on a piece of land he owns and his chef's waiters etc. have gone with him. I'm sure with the food, service, prices etc. he'll make a huge success of his new venture as soon as the word get's around.

We Jo's for lunch today. The setting is beautiful and very tranquil. The restaurant very attractively built with under cover and out door areas. The food was excellent too. It was very busy with two big parties of guests but the service was as good as ever.

Thanks for that Cocopop. Ive been waiting for someone to report on Joe's new place.
