There's plenty of info on their service and aircraft on their website.

There's a few reviews of their service on Airline Quality

Hi,
A colleague of mine at work flew with Royal Brunei last year to Australia, and he said the flight was fine, with no problems. The flight is officially dry with no alcohol served as Brunei is a muslim country, and he found the non-muslim passengers respected that. The Airline use the Boeing 767/300 series, the same type we flew to Chicago in this year with American. The plane is comfy enough, although with a 32 inch seat pitch I would try to book a seat at one of the emergency exits to get more leg room since you are on a very long flight with several stops on the way, due to the 767's lack of range. Another good tip he gave me was during the stopovers have your wash bag handy to freshen up in the terminal. Hope this helps. :D

Got booked finally - £600 p.p. through Royal Brunei from LHR to Aukland for £600 pp at Easter, which was about £400 cheaper at least than other quotes for three of us. Have been warned though that we may be served chicken curry for breakfast! Our timeclock shall be out so much we wont know what day it is though!! RB are a dry airline but apprarently you can take your own alcohol aboard and they will serve mixers quite happily.

We flew Royal Brunei to New Zealand last year... does anyone collect airmiles with this company... I wrote to them but they didnt reply. We are possibly planning a trip next year and as its 1000s of miles would like to earn some airmiles!!!!!! Any tips on who to actually book through... I can remember where I saw our deal least year on the web, it was £600 at the end of March, and a local travel company actually matched it so we didnt actually book on the internet. Looking for similar deal for next year!

WOuld like to probably stop off somewhere this time, perhaps Tahiti... any tips anyone?

I flew to Australia with Royal Brunei, about 8 years ago. I had o problems at all with the flight, except that we had 3 stops via Perth. Dubai, Abu Dabi, and Banwer Seri Bergawen. This obviousley makes the long journey even longer. What I found funny was that on take off, they pray to Allah, with the words of the prayer in English on the tv monitors.
I did miss the G&T's though.
