I am not aware of any regulations as regards importing foodstuffs in to Greece, but must question why? Almost everything you need (and certainly pasta and beans) is available in Greece - and Zante is no exception. After all, the Greeks have to eat as well!
In all the years I have been going to Greece, the only food I have ever taken with me is a small jar of Marmite (for my toast inthe morning) - everything else is freely available there. They may not be the brand names you are used to in the UK, but the products are the same.
Cheers,
Jet
