Hi, a little somebody told me yesterday that it may not be safe to travel to Turkey at the moment because tourists are being kidnapped.
Is this true? I haven't heard anything about it, and surely the cruise we're going on won't take us anywhere deemed to be too dangerous, right?
Turkey is safe to visit. There is no truth in the stories, it is just scaremongering as usual. There are thousands of people happily holidaying in Turkey right this minute.

Have been to Turkey twice this year and I too have found it to be very safe with no problems.
