I have required information on appartments in Morocco (Playa Vista) from Saffron Villas today. So I actually had the same question as you. Can anybody inform whether there is "something" in UK where you can check the validity so to say of a company - whether they have a bankrupt future...I'm from Denmark and to some extent I trust an English dealer more than a Moroccan but Saffron Villas was very keen on sending their bank information - this worries me a bit. On the other hand most of their information on their web-page seems trust worthy...and I know that the particular area is under construction since I went to Morocco last summer...
