That means I'll be able to relax in Crete without feeling obliged to walk the gorge again
All joking aside I would be disappointed not to see it again. Hopefully the Forestry Department will get their act together in time.
The walk is simply breathtaking and it is unfortunate that people come away from Crete having not even heard about it. If for no other reason it should be done by the younger holiday maker just to stay away from the bars for 1 day
The first time you do the Gorge it's an achievement but do it again and you'll be hooked
