Daffers is owned by an English woman but the chef is French- or he was when I was last in there 2 years ago.
If you like tapas, then try Rincon de Pepe, just a few metres past Daffers on the same side of the road. He has over 50 different dishes to chose from and, assuming he is not too busy, he will gladly take the time to tell you about each one.
The Orange Tree has always been immensely popular over the years, but I found that the service had gone downhill, to the point of being rude, when I was last in there about 6 years ago. Needless to say I've never been back since, although it may well have improved since then.
All in all, you will be spoiled for choice regarding restaurants in Santa Eulalia. I'm sure you will enjoy it there.
There is a restuarant thread at the top of this forum.

I'm sorry to say that Daphnie the owner (Or partner should I say) has died but as far as I know her husband,Joel, the French chef is still there.

The Orange Tree was owned around that time by Geoffrey (English who has also died). The restaurant is now completely different food-wise and is "Spanish/International.
