Ok so if you're standing with your back to the stage then on the right hand side right at the end (furthest from the stage) of the food stalls there's a stall that sells chicken kebab type things. Most years I've ben they've had exactly the same pitch. They come with or without a spicy sauce (also can't remember that name) in little round sort of pitta thing.
Can anyone remember the name of the kebabs or the name of the stall?
Sounds like an odd question but I'm trying to explain this to someone and it isn't going to work without the name although I hear Ingo is having visa difficulties this year (well don't we all!) so it might all be a bit pointless anyway.
Ingo grill has not been to Goa for a couple of years ,the market still carries on in exactly the same way, still known to everyone as Ingo,s,and all the food stalls are still there
Only kebab name that comes to my mind is a Shashlik or a Shish, too many good stalls to remember names..
