I can recommend Peter Monk at Calipso Diving Centre, Costa Teguise. Although an open water qualification is adequate for Lanzarote, many of the more interesting dive sites are a little deeper and require an advanced open water qualification. There's still plenty to see and you may be lucky enough to see an odd Anglel Shark or Atlantic Ray, they'll starting be come inshore in December.
