Dont know any specialist seafood restaurants in PN Tony, but Seymours is an excellent restaurant that serve fish. Well worth a visit mate.

Agree with that Mark, but we had Vanessa and Martin in the other evening, and they were saying how quiet Palma Nova was this year as both the Son Matius and Santa Lucia are closed for refurbs, and sometimes they only open when they have bookings.

I would post a telephone number, but I might be accused of advertising, but at this time of year, it's best to book. Also Mark I don't know if you know about their place at Son Boronat - the setting is absolutely fantastic, and they do Bed & Breakfast there. It's a little bit remote (OK it's a lot remote) but it's so beautiful, with of course the best Chef on the Island! (If he's good enough for the Queen of Norway and Michael Douglas, he'll do for me!)

Cheers

Adam

PS - Don't be put off by the "Celebrity" tag thinking it's expensive - it isn't. You can have a meal at Seymours for under 20 euros, for which you'd pay 40 euros in Palma and 50 quid in London. Son Boronat Sunday lunch is 25 euros (I think) and you have to book. We were there for lunch on Christmas Day, and they turned Pete Stringfellow and his bird away - sorry Pete even you have to book! :que
