According to the weatheronline website, Bodrum sea temp is currently 24c/75f. You have another month to warm it up a bit more! So basically I should say it will be lovely for swimming!

If you go to the Maritime section and then near the bottom of the page you will see the sea temps for the whole of Turkey, updated daily.
