Hotel is approx 50m from beach and village.
Have you been in July/August School hols .
If so how busy does it get on beach etc and is at a nice beach.
Also trying to get idea if size of the place - How many bars and restaraunts are there- any idea ?
Sure I will have some more questions later - just trying to get some reasonable flights -proving difficult at the moment
Thanks

Have you tried AI travel for flights, we are going for 4 weeks June, July 07
managed to get flights with them for £400x 2 adults return, which is pretty good as we paid more than £500 last year
I have stayed at the Sezgin apartments twice Last July and this year in June. The apartments are basic but clean and very quiet and peaceful. There is a lovely pool which is kept very clean.no bar at the apartments but we liked that as it meant it was quiet at night. It is mainly turkish people that stay there The apartments are ideal for the beach as it is only a minute away and the beach it self is lovely. Have a look at the following link and if you have any more questions fire away. I have always booked with Mepar tours and have found them to be excellent.

if using xl put in tesco in code area this gives you £20 pp off
Can anyone clarify which rooms have aircon as different reports have conflicting info as to wether or not it is in bedrooms.
Think you will be better on top floor for view.
Have read some where, on another holiday truths site, not to go for ground floor as by main entrance, no privacy.?
Type in Akyaka forum, should get info there
just booked my flights for july/aug going to akyaka for 19 nights, xl have got up to 20% off at the moment and the code tesco gives you £20 pp off too so only paid around £600 for 3 of us from our local airport so really pleased as prices for 19 nights are normally dear with it being an odd amount of days, could have got 14 nights for around £477 so flight prices for next summer seem a good price especially as we will be there mainly peak season, hope you get your holiday sorted colin
We stayed in the ground floor 2 bedroomed apartment the first year and the 1st floor one this year, the 2 bedroomed apartments have 2 balconies, one at the front off the lounge and one at the back off the kitchen. The ground floor front balcony which is sunny in the morning was the larger of the 2 but was opposite the front gate so not very private but not a huge problem This year in the upstairs apartment the larger balcony was to the back so we used the smaller one at the front but is was a tight squeeze for 3. If you are going for a one bedroomed apartment they have one balcony. I would ask for the upstairs apartment at the front overlooking the pool as we had a look at it and it was a good size and had a lovely corner balcony.
Thats a great price for flights - which airport is that from.
Ive checked with xl and its nearer 300 each
Thanks
col
east midlands, gatwick was cheaper, but further for us to travel, i thought that was a good price for 19 nights, it was cheaper for 18 nights around 60 less but flight times not quite so good and 3 days earlier
