Dont really have any helpful recommendations but we have been staying at the Hilton for years now. We always stay there for no other reason other than we feel at home & like the vibe. The high number of repeat English guests that the concorde doesnt seem to have also helps. When there last April the food hadnt really improved but we never go hungry and the staff always look after us.

What is the hotel next to the hilton on the other side, Is that the Sierra ???

We are having a change of scenary this year and staying at the three corners Ocean view in El gouna but sure we will be back to the hilton next year.

i have only stayed at reef oasis blue bay and jazz mirabel beach. i would without a doubt go back here http://www.expedia.co.uk/Sharm-El-Sheikh-Hotels-Reef-Oasis-Blue-Bay-Resort-And.h1562898.Hotel-Information we had a great holiday i could not fault it.
personally i would not revisit the mirabel beach

i was at reef oasis blue bay 3 years ago kiltman, but would love to go back there sometime.

been hilton twice @ sharks bay, could write a few stories about the place but I will refrain !

In summary hilton sharks bay new side is best, everything is great apart from the food - and I am not a fussy eater.

I would rate Hilton sharks bay personally an average 4* hotel - swimming pools the best and the beds the best in sharm imo.

I would go back to hilton sharks bay so long as the head chef has changed.

Sierra Savoy is everything the hilton should be but not as modern and I would that it's a good 4* .

reef oasis blue bay is where I was meant to go on honeymoon but they overbooked and had to go to sierra but was pleasantly suprised.

Sierra savoy's customer service is 5* imo, they REALLY look after you.
