If you want to buy things, don't get them in the tourist resorts, even if you haggle you'll still pay too much, visit somewhere where the locals shop, also look for goods that are priced, most tourist towns will have one price for locals and another for tourists, hence no prices on display.
You can get real bargains on all sorts of cloth, but you have to buy from the right places.
