It was ruled out previously when the Caribbean forums were split to make Cuba a seperate forum.
When was that? Surely now there are more UK-Mexico flights than UK-Cuba flights... Maybe Cuba should be merged into Caribbean forums and Mexico given its own section. After all Cuba is just another island in the Caribbean Sea.
