We appreciate that the topic titled "Shucks!" may have had a role to play in the immediate aftermath of removal of the original complaint. However, discussion about former members or what they may be posting elsewhere is obviously not the intended purpose of the Holiday Complaints forum. The topic has now been removed and we would ask that no further discussions are started about this individual, he has already had enough time and attention. If anyone has any further information which is felt may be of interest to the team, we would be grateful if it is passed on by PM.

The thread also contained some off topic comments about supplier failure cover, but our General Holiday Enquiries forum would be the best place for discussion on that subject.

Many thanks for the support given by members in recent days, but it is perhaps time to move on now and forget that ex-member, concentrating instead on those who require and appreciate any advice you may be able to give on the forums.
