Sorry there are no bars in Lara Beach - everything is hotel based. They also have trouble getting Sky sports in the hotels over there. You could take a laptop and watch it on there? That's what we have done in the past.

Turkish Television will cover most of the big games.Just ask whoever is in charge of the TV. to put the match on that you want.I watch them every week, midweek games as well.Commentry is in Turkish but does it matter ?

RIK (Ian), we have tried that. The last two times we have been to Lara Beach (Titanic and Larespark) the staff (bless them) were more than willing to do just that, but were unable to get Sky Sports or any other English football on. I guess if you knew in advance what Turkish channel they were on, you would have more luck!! The Turkish love football - any football!!!!

The Turks know each day what live football is showing that evening.All Turks bet every day on football results and alongside the games are the one's which are showing on TV with the time and channel.It's not just British games but all of Europe and Turkey.It's in the paper every day.Try again ! Glad you enjoy Turkey it's a great country.

Yes we should try and meet up, I will be the one glued to my sunbed with a brolly, cold drink and a book in hand and my husband will be the one going around talking to everyone, he is 6' 4" and bald and I am 5', but with hair. I am also counting down the days, I can't wait, just a shame there are no bars outside of the hotel to watch sport on, we do like to go out occasionally, but never mind I will just have to make full use of the all inclusive.
HiI am also going to the delphin on the 19th September from Gatwick. I'll be the one running around after on 7 year old son and my husband will be with you at the bar with the footie and golf.

You got that perfectly right. I have done my running around days after my Son, then again you should do what I did, when asked for something my reply was, Ask your Dad. It worked every time.

Thats a great idea. Picked up the tickets today so now can't wait to go.
