Restaurants are the same as bars, they have to declare themselves either smoking or non smoking establishments. (If over 100sqM they have to have a seperate section). I would have thought that most restaurants would have chosen to be 100% smoke free inside. Don't forget these rules do not apply outside though.
As for the rain on Thurs, we waited all day for it but when it eventually came it only lasted about an hour an a half, but it didn't half rain!!!
