the only place i can think of is coco beach its calm / shallow and clear

There are islands off Vasco that are supposed to be good for snorkeling but I think Lin B tried it and didn't see much apart from a plastic bottle!!
The sea is getting very clear (and very warm now), I've just returned from Palolim (again), there are rocky headlands there, away from the churning sands that should offer at least a glimpse of something aquatic.
