Its a great place if your lucky a get a apartment away from where all the evening entertainment is focused. Too close and you may find it stays noisey for too long with the straglers making their way back.

I would be happy to go back if Icould ensure I could get a place 'up the quiet end'.

Hi, We are thinking of going to menorca next year 2 adults and 2 kid`s both 16 years to one of these apartments and dont know which one to pick. Please can anyone tell me which is the best one and are they both in the san jaimie complex and if so how can I book for zone 3. Thanks in advance Lynne.

We stayed at son bou gardens a couple of times. The second time we were a bit unlucky a got an apartment a little too close to the evening entertainment. Bit too noisey for too long. Still people wandering around at 1 - 2am.

This time we booked the girasols gardens. Its a bit further along and will be an extra 10mins walk but its right at the end a should be quiet.

The entertainment is good but when its all over I like to sleep.

Has anyone ever been to these apartments ? I'm presuming they are different to the Son Bou Gardens and the San Jaime complex ? I'm thinking of booking a holiday there, and wondered for opinions on cleanliness, location, things for kids to do, restaurants etc.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The apartments on the complex are all the same as far as I could see. Here's a picture of the area I've posted before and a link to a thread with my recommendations about this place.
Oh, by the way, I'm back there myself next year staying at Els Girasols (see pic)

I stayed at Girasol Gardens last May. I found it be very quite in the evnings. I guess it can be a bit noisey further up where the entertainment is. Before I went everyone seem to say it was quite a long walk from the main resort, but I didn't think it was much of a problem, 10 minutes for a reasonable walking pace and it's on flat ground. The grounds and apartments were clean and well kept and I'll gladly go back.
