Hi all; first time poster.
I'm going to South Africa for the World Cup and considering travel insurance. Does anybody know if South Africa has any reciprocal health arrangements with the UK as part of the Commonwealth of Nations, or do UK citizens pay full price for health care? I've checked the FCO website and it mentions that "some" Commonwealth have reciprocal arrangements with the UK but doesn't mention South Africa by name.
Thanks for any help in advance.
While you are waiting for specific replies to your question I would just say that I would not rely or any reciprocal health care arrangement and ensure that you are fully covered by at travel insurance policy.
There is a Travel Insurance topic at the top of our General Holiday Enquiries forum HERE which has some good advice and recommendations by our members.

Thanks Luci
