I have just found out that October 12th is a national public holiday in Spain.
I am due to arrive in Malaga on this date and wonder if I will have problems with public transport.

Trains and taxis all run as normal, but on Sunday rates, The Banks and larger shops close, but smaller shops, and shops in holiday areas open. There is information on public holidays in Spain CLICK HERE and Airport and public transport information CLICK HERE

We are going to Minerva Apartments so either a train or a taxi will do. Cost a little more but at least we know we can get there.
