Check out the Party Inn if you want somewhere lively. Quite cheap and basic but well located about a 5 minute walk to the bars and clubs. Gets quite good reviews on Trip Advisor aswell.
I can't really recommend a hotel to cater for your needs, but I do know that many hotels don't accept stag/hen party's. Don't leave it too late to book somewhere so that your not dissappointed. I absolutely love blackpool, and I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time. Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials.
