Unless this is a brand new service I am not aware of any bus that goes directly from Stansted to the O2 Venue. I would advise getting the A9 bus from Stansted to Stratford then Jubilee line tube to North Greenwich. It's cheaper than the train to Liverpool Street which is often delayed. Though of course the bus takes longer.
