We stayed at the Premier Inn when we flew from Stansted in October. The hotel has only been open a few months and was sparkling new, clean and comfortable. We were able to get a super rate of 29pounds for the room. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked reasonable, there is also a Costa Coffee Shop within the hotel. We will definitely stay there again when we next use Stansted.
Its just a couple of minutes from the terminals and there is a shuttle bus if needed.
