can anybody give me some advice , I retire in 19 months and would like to move out to spain
im looking for somewhere close to the beach close to ex pats and close to a golf course
most of the appartments are a bit above my budjet and ive been looking at the static homes which look realy nice but the "ground rent "looks pricey £300/£400 per month
what do you get for that and how much community charge would i be looking at ,,, in the long run would i be better off with the appartment ??? thanks my budget would be £60,000
Is a static home some sort of caravan without wheels? What is the point of one of them? Is there any resale value, especially when you take into account the very high ground rent?
The best people to ask about what you will get for your 400 Euro a month and if there is a community fee would be the people that are charging you that amount, but considering that THIS HOTEL is offering long term rooms for just below that figure, I would suggest that the charge is too high.
My advice would be to buy whatever you can within your budget. Prices are presently at their lowest for some time.
