Will it affect us? Undoubtedly. How will affect our holidays? No idea but a lot will depend on where you are going and what sort of a holiday you go on because different countries are going to be effected differently.

I realised after the last "Black Monday" and its aftermath (when my shares,pensions and funds dropped by more than 50%!! 
) that its not worth worrying about short term corrections -this time I haven't even looked at any valuations.
As to holidays ? Only real effects this week have been that the pound has weakened against the euro/$$ -so less spending money!!
