Hi all

Just arrived back from two great weeks in Icmeler. It was around 40 degrees most days. I was talking to Antonio from Geordie Bar (ex Three Bells and Majestic Boys) and he was telling me that by the time I come back in September the bars will be selling Strongbow on draught as they have have done a deal with the Turkish Government also to be had will be John Smiths. I notice that British Ciggies are now freely available - L & B, Embassy Regal as they are now made under licence in Turkey (Benny Henneys and Silk Cut will be on sale next year). Can anyone confirm this as a pint of Strongbow would go down a treat over there.

Hi, further to above post anyone one know if Strongbow is available yet? I'm not really a larger drinker but will drink Efes but if Strongbow available that would be great as going to Marmaris on 17 Sept.......... thanks Kazza :roll:

Hello Sarah, nice to see you back on the forum, my Nephew has just arrived home back to the UK after staying with you for a couple of weeks, thoroughly enjoyed the stay and praised youre'self and family :wink:

Going back to the Strongbow, now this is a nice refreshing drink when it's red hot weather, had a 2 litre bottle here yesterday, though it gives me a headache still a nice drink, thanks for the info.

hi thanks its good to be back and more normal after this year.
im so glad your nephew enjoyed himself with us. its nice to hear that.

i will keep my ear out about the strongbow as would be interested to have it here if we can and john smiths.will have to wait and see and do some investigating.

We shall be with you next week in the old town not far from Ozzies, be nice to have a John Smiths in there, though I did have a few of them last April at Aintree races where I met Claire Balding, John Parrot and Alice Plunkett then ended up on TV

If we manage to find you're place this time we will pop in and say hello, we did try 2 years ago but must have been very close as all we could find was tokmak was unsure whever we where in the right place or not.

come and find us it be great to meet other ht members plus im celebrating right now. just had the first bit of good news all year my brothers girlfriend has given birth to my neice and she has been named after my mom who passed away in may.
